Swing through the Seattle Swing Dance Club (SSDC) for West Coast Swing (WCS) workshops, free beginner lesson, Westie social dancing, and fun competitions!

• WCS workshops with Champion John Kirkconnell: (check out his weekend schedule)

• FREE one-hour newcomer Modern Swing class: invite your friends & family to start or learn the opposite role if you know WCS basics

• Three+ hours of social dancing with DJ JAmes Atwill (Vancouver, BC)

• Two levels of Novice and Intermediate Jack & Jill (J&J) Competitions: random song, random partner w/ Chief Judge Wren Newman

SCHEDULE: 

3:30 pm Register, warm up, and volunteer to set up

4:00 pm Intermediate WCS Workshop: TBA

5:00 pm All Levels WCS Workshop: TBA

5:30 pm FREE 1 Hour Beginner Lesson (upstairs)

6:00 pm Social dance starts

6:30 pm J&J competition registration ends

7:30 pm J&J competitions start, finals, and awards

9:30 pm Social dance ends & volunteer to clean up
